Kickoff & Onboarding

Do we need to replace our existing tech stack?
Usually not. We work with what you have — HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn, whatever your team uses. If there’s a gap or a tool holding you back, we’ll flag it with a recommendation and a business case.
What happens when the engagement ends?
You keep everything. All workflows, dashboards, content, automation logic, and documentation are fully handed over and documented. We build as if you might want to run this yourself one day — because you should be able to.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Retainer engagements start with a 90-day commitment. After that, it’s month-to-month with 30 days written notice. We don’t believe in trapping clients — if we’re not delivering value, you should be able to walk away.
Is the AI Marketing Audit required to start?
We strongly recommend starting with the audit — it’s how we make sure we’re building the right system. For clients we’ve worked with before or who have existing data and a clear roadmap, we can sometimes skip directly to the build phase.
How involved does our team need to be?
We’re designed to minimize your team’s workload — that’s the whole point of the AI model. You’ll need a primary contact for approvals and feedback (plan for 2–3 hours/week initially, less as the system matures).
What does the ad spend look like?
Ad spend is billed directly to your accounts and is completely separate from our management fee. We recommend a minimum of $3,000–$5,000/month in paid media budget to make paid channels meaningful, but this varies by industry and target.
Can we start with just one service?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the AI Marketing Audit or a single focused project like workflow automation or sales enablement. We don’t require you to buy the full suite. Every service is available individually.
